The location was excellent, just a short walk from the monorail and plenty of eateries nearby. The room was cozy with a beautiful view of the city, making it a perfect place to unwind. The staff exceeded my expectations by being exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my visit. I appreciated the complimentary amenities available, which truly made the stay more enjoyable.

Room was a bit snug for 4 , but those mattresses were comfortable like a well-done chemistry experiment. Thoroughly enjoyed the daily fresh supplies they provided even when I requested no cleaning , it was a thoughtful touch.

The queen room was pretty spacious for Japan and cozy enough to crash after a day out. I loved the nice view of Naha from the window. The bed was super comfy, which was a relief! Also, housekeeping came daily, which kept everything tidy. Breakfast was decent too. Only downside? A bit on the small side storage-wise, as there were no drawers to put stuff away.
